After the equipment manually places the bag, it can automatically complete the processes of robotic hand bagging, bag clamping, filling, conveying, and sealing—making operation convenient and straightforward.
Featuring a touch screen and PLC-programmable centralized control system, the drive system utilizes servo control, resulting in a high degree of automation.
Dual-station bag feeding mechanism allows continuous bag supply without stopping the machine.
The equipment features a self-diagnostic fault indication function, allowing quick troubleshooting based on the error prompts, and it’s easy to maintain. The device adopts a structurally enclosed design and is equipped with a safety interlock mechanism.
Equipped with a mature twin-hull quantitative packaging scale, offering high precision and fast speed.
