Large-package, quantitative weighing for granular materials such as paddy rice, milled rice, mixed grains, roasted products, nuts, and animal feed.
New-generation CNC instruments offer stable performance, display cumulative weight and packaging quantity, and provide even simpler, faster operation.
For vertical discharging from large packaging hoppers, the system features high-speed operation thanks to dual sensors and pneumatic actuators, ensuring reliable performance with minimal maintenance requirements.
Depending on the material properties, optional features include anti-breakage mechanisms, pneumatic vibrating devices for hoppers, and slow-feed vibrating systems, among others.
Equipped with integrated functions such as automatic bag sorting, traction, labeling, and sealing.
