Large-package, quantitative weighing for granular materials such as paddy rice, milled rice, mixed grains, roasted products, nuts, and animal feed.
New-generation CNC instruments offer stable performance, display cumulative weight and packaging quantity, and provide even simpler, faster operation.
The large-package feeding mechanism features vertical material discharge from the hopper, ensuring fast feeding speeds.
Featuring dual sensors and pneumatic actuators, it ensures reliable operation and easy maintenance.
Depending on the material properties, optional features include anti-breakage mechanisms, pneumatic vibrating devices for hoppers, and slow-vibration feeding systems, among others.
The conveyor has been widened and lengthened, and the bagging machine can be optionally equipped with a single-needle, double-needle, or dual-needle four-thread automatic bag-sealing head.
