Six-sided vacuum forming packaging suitable for granular materials such as rice, mixed grains, roasted snacks, and nuts.
The next-generation multi-functional vacuum shaping machine features 1000g-or-less six-sided vacuum packaging and can be expanded into a dual-scale, single-station setup—enabling faster processing of smaller packages.
Using square bag-in-box containers helps to neatly open the bottom corners of the packaging bags. With a six-sided mold design, they can be quickly changed over, ensuring a sleek and attractive final product.
Featuring an imported touch screen and a user-friendly human-machine interface, it offers simple operation and rich information.
Configure high-speed electronic scales with slow, vibration-assisted feeding for enhanced precision. Equipped with Siemens programmable controllers and imported components, ensuring even more stable performance.
Optional imported vacuum pump available, offering a long service life.
Reserved communication interface, enabling data communication and management with a host computer.
