Six-sided vacuum forming packaging suitable for granular materials such as rice, mixed grains, roasted snacks, and nuts.
Three-station independent operation mode, with cyclical packaging—different stations can handle various product types. A single station failure won’t affect the others, allowing for flexible usage.
Using square bag-in-box containers helps to neatly open the bottom corners of the packaging bags. With a six-sided mold design, they can be quickly changed over, ensuring a sleek and attractive final product.
Featuring an imported touch screen and a user-friendly human-machine interface, it offers simple operation and rich information.
Configure a high-speed three-head electronic scale with slow, vibration-assisted feeding for enhanced accuracy. It features a Siemens programmable controller and imported components, ensuring even more stable performance.
Configure imported vacuum pumps for a long service life.
Finished products can optionally be equipped with a connecting conveyor for transportation.
Reserved communication interface, enabling data communication and management with the host computer.
