A next-generation, multifunctional vacuum forming and packaging machine—capable of six-sided and two-sided vacuum shaping—for granular materials such as rice, mixed grains, roasted snacks, and nuts.

For products under 1000g, the six-sided design features dual scales and a single workstation, enabling faster small-package processing.

Using square bag-in-box containers helps to evenly spread out the bottom corners of the packaging bag, and the six-sided mold design allows for quick and easy replacement.

Two-sided single-station vacuum forming, with optional coding function; bagging simultaneously enables heat-pressed date coding. Both sides and all six sides can be used at once, ensuring fully integrated packaging.

The product boasts a sleek design, featuring an imported touch screen and a user-friendly human-machine interface that ensures simple operation while delivering rich information. It is equipped with a high-speed electronic scale and incorporates slow-motion vibration feeding for exceptional precision.

Optional imported vacuum pumps are available, offering a long service life, and a communication interface is pre-installed for seamless data communication and management with a host computer.

Equipped with Siemens programmable controllers and imported components for enhanced stability, it also offers the optional installation of an imported vacuum pump for extended service life. Additionally, a reserved communication interface allows seamless data communication and management with a host computer.
