Fully automatic packaging unit designed for M-type side-sealed bag packaging, integrating bag folding and edge-sealing into a single, fully automated process.
After the device manually places the bag, it can automatically handle the processes of placing the bag onto the robotic arm, clamping the bag, filling, conveying, and sealing—making operation convenient and straightforward.
Equipped with a touch screen and PLC-based centralized programmable control system, the machine features servo-driven motion for a high level of automation.
Dual-station bag feeding mechanism allows continuous bag supply without downtime. The equipment features a self-diagnostic fault detection function, enabling quick troubleshooting based on alerts, and ensuring easy maintenance. Additionally, the device incorporates a fully enclosed structural design equipped with safety interlock mechanisms.
Equipped with a mature twin-hull quantitative packaging scale, offering high precision and fast speed.
